Return/Exchange policy

Return & Exchange Policy:

• Returns/Exchange are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be in original condition with tags attached
• Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
• Refund will be issued in the original form of payment
• Exchange for a different size, color, or style is possible if the item is available
• Exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item

Refund Policy for Approved Returns:

• You can get a refund once the returned product is received and approved according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
• We will process your refund within 10 working days after receiving the returned item.
• The refund will be given after deducting any bank and shipping charges.
• If your order had Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund.

Refund for Cancelled Orders (Before Shipping):

• If you cancel your order before it’s shipped, we will refund your payment within 10 working days from the cancellation date.
• Bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Procedure:

• Contact our customer service team at +92 320-740-7091to initiate the return or exchange process
• Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and whether you want a refund or exchange.
• Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to complete the process.

Additional Notes:

• Shipping cost for returns and exchanges is borne by the customer
• Purchasing from Sale items, clearance sale and flash sale, weekly sale and buying also from deals are cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Pre-order and customized products are not returned or exchangeable including Home Gym equipment’s ,commercial gym equipment , cable attachments including sub categories of this for example , Barbells , Dumbbells and weights plates etc plus Customized Clothing items.
• Items that were not bought from Nanza.pk are not eligible for return.
• Requests for returns made after the allowed time period will not be accepted.
• pk reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if the item is worn, damaged, or altered in anyway
• Refund or exchange will not be applicable on nutrition
• No return or exchange due to change of mind.
